Namely, the Infinix Zero 4 (click for complete specs) and Zero 4 Plus (click for full specs) — yep, curious names — which are now on offer on the ecommerce site. Announced late last year, the metal-clad handsets represent a new design direction for the Hong Kong-based brand, whose research-and-development centers are located in France and Korea, while manufacturing is done in — you guessed it — China.

The Zero 4 and Zero 4 Plus look identical, with the latter sporting a larger, though not sharper, 6-inch display; a higher-rated 4,000mAh battery; and a better rear-facing camera that, unfortunately, makes for a pretty unaesthetic bulge. Their unibody housings, in either gray or gold colors, remind us of modern HTC devices, which is a good thing.

Both feature optically stabilized cameras for sharper images and fingerprint readers on the back for added security and faster unlocking. The operating system of choice for both models is Android 6.0 Marshmallow; it’s not as up-to-date as the Nokia 6, but things could be worse.
Internally, the Plus model gets a faster deca-core processor from MediaTek with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, while the Zero 4 settles for the same specs you’d find in the Cherry Mobile Flare 5.
The Infinix Zero 4 and Zero 4 Plus are priced at P11,990 ($241) and P15,990 ($321) on Lazada Philippines.
