Xiaomi‘s latest flagship series is now official, following the global launch of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and Xiaomi 15 at the Mobile World Congress 2025 event in Barcelona, Spain, which we are covering.

As expected, the company is only bringing two flagships to international markets this year, and there is no mention of the Xiaomi 15 Pro, which was introduced in China last year.

In Europe, the Xiaomi15 Ultra carries a suggested retail price of €1,499 (roughly $1,555 or P90,360 converted) for the base model. The regular Xiaomi 15, which will likely make its way to the Philippines if history is any indication, is priced from €999 ($1,037 or P60,220) for the 256GB storage version with 12GB of physical RAM.

The international release of the Ultra model offers a 6.73-inch LTPO OLED screen with 1440p resolution resolution, Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0 protection, and an IP68 rating. The 5,410mAh battery, while significantly larger than that of the last-generation model, is smaller than the 6,000mAh cell in the Chinese edition.

Xiaomi claims the Ultra edition will offer the ‘pinnacle of mobile photography’

Like its Chinese counterpart, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will have a Leica-tuned camera system with three 50-megapixel image sensors and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto unit featuring Samsung’s HP9 1/1.4-inch sensor and a 100mm f/2.6 zoom lens, suggesting a substantial improvement compared to the 1/2.51-inch sensor found in the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s 120mm zoom. The brand says the improved primary telephoto camera delivers up to 136% light sensitivity, which should result in brighter and sharper low-light images.

To recap, the Xiaomi 15 that was introduced back in October sports a 6.36-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with 1Hz-120Hz variable refresh rate, a peak brightness of 3,200 nits, and 1.38mm ultra-narrow uniform bezels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s latest and greatest 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite 5G chipset, has triple rear cameras with a 50-megapixel 1/1.31-inch 1.2μm large sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide, and a 50-megapixel 2.6X telephoto camera, all with Leica Summilux lens.

The 5,240mAh cell is notably larger than its predecessor’s and offers up to 25% longer battery life. The Xiaomi 15 also arrives with 90-watt wired charging, plus support for 50-watt magnetic wireless charging.

The standard Xiaomi 15 is designed for users looking for a flagship experience in a compact form factor
