“A game-changer is on the horizon. Are you ready to ‘max your life’?” nubia Philippines teased on its Facebook page.
Apparently, the brand is introducing a new budget smartphone this love month, with the nubia V70 Max set to make its grand entrance in the Philippines on February 15.
Not much has been written about the device that was first spotted in the IMEI database in October 2024. However, listings on Shopee and Lazada show that it sports a generous 6.9-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.
If the specs sheet uploaded to the e-commerce platforms is correct, then expect the nubia V70 Max to be likewise powered by a 12nm Unisoc T606 4G processor, paired with a Mali-G57 MP1 GPU, and 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The camera setup on this phone is headlined by a 50-megapixel main camera, and selfies are covered with an 8-megapixel front shooter. For security and convenience, there’s a side fingerprint reader to allow for quick and secure access to your unit. And when it comes to battery life, the nubia V70 Max is equipped with a whopping 6,000mAh battery that supports 22.5-watt wired charging.
Running on MyOS 15 based on Android 15, the upcoming model from ZTE’s nubia aims to offer an intuitive user experience. Plus, it’s available in gray, pink, and green, so you can choose the one that best suits your personality.
If the nubia V70 Design came with a P5,299 (roughly $91) suggested retail price at launch, how much do you think the nubia V70 Max will cost?
