Antutu has just dropped its December 2024 leaderboard for China, listing the flagship and sub-flagship Android smartphones that dominated the performance charts. Let’s see which devices topped the rankings last month.
Top 10 flagship smartphones
The RedMagic 10 Pro Plus dethroned reigning champion ASUS ROG Phone 9 Pro Edition with a monthly average benchmark score of 2,924,229, pushing the latter out of the top 10. This RedMagic model is fueled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 5G processor and features a large 7,050mAh battery and the brand’s own Red Core R3 chip for smooth 120fps gaming at a high resolution.
Three other Snapdragon 8 Elite phones joined the RedMagic 10 Pro Plus in the ranking: the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro, iQOO 13, and OnePlus 13. The rest are all powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 5G chipset, led by third-placer OPPO Find X8 Pro.
Top 10 sub-flagship smartphones
All models featured in the sub-flagship category last month are built around processors made by only two chip manufacturers once again.
The OnePlus Ace 3V, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3, claimed the top spot with a monthly average benchmark score of 1,436,355, followed by another device that also uses the same SoC, former No. 1 realme GT Neo6 SE. Other handsets relying on Qualcomm chipsets include the realme GT Neo5 SE, Redmi Note 12 Turbo, and iQOO Neo6 SE.
Those that are powered by MediaTek processors include Xiaomi’s Redmi K70E, iQOO Z8, iQOO Neo7 SE, Redmi Note 12T Pro, and Redmi K50.
