They work well on their own. But when used together, Samsung‘s latest additions to its wearable lineup, the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Buds3, offer an integrated, more enhanced, and more immersive experience.
The devices showcase the power of the Korean technology giant’s ecosystem, where Galaxy AI-powered features and seamless integration elevate your daily life. We experienced this for ourselves as we used these two, along with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 foldable, in our fitness journey. We’re not exactly getting any younger, and putting a focus on our health is a priority these days — something that should have been our prime consideration even earlier.

Samsung Galaxy Watch7
A big step up from its predecessor, the Galaxy Watch7 is more than just a smartwatch; it’s your personal health and wellness coach. With features like Energy Score and Wellness Tips, powered by Galaxy AI, you can track your overall well-being and receive personalized recommendations.
You can find these functions on any Android smartphone that has the Samsung Health app. To get the most out of the Samsung Galaxy Watch7, however, pair it with a Galaxy AI-powered phone like the Galaxy Z Flip6 we’re using and the Galaxy Z Fold6. This will unlock the Insight feature in Energy Score, giving you even more detailed health insights.
Samsung Galaxy Buds3
The Galaxy Buds3 boasts a sleek new design and a range of improvements over its predecessor. You can now enjoy better connectivity, battery life, sound quality, and call clarity. It ensures you can enjoy your favorite music and calls without interruption.
With Galaxy AI, the Galaxy Buds3 becomes your personal assistant. Use voice commands to control your music, answer calls, and even translate text in real time, making communication effortless.
