You can buy the TECNO Spark 20 Pro 5G for as low as P7,999

We finally know how much TECNO Mobile Philippines’ latest offering is ahead of the smartphone’s official arrival.

According to the Transsion brand, the youth-focused TECNO Spark 20 Pro 5G has a suggested retail price of P9,999 (roughly $171). But here’s the thing: You can get it in black or white for as low as P7,999 ($137) on either Shopee or TikTok Shop tomorrow, July 30. Suffice to say that the new Spark 20 series model promises to bring the power and speed of 5G connectivity to a wider audience at an attractive price point.

Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor. The chipset is paired with 8GB of expandable RAM and 256GB of internal storage, so you can enjoy seamless app switching and ample space for photos and other files.

A key feature here is the TECNO Spark 20 Pro 5G’s triple-rear-camera system that’s headlined by a 108-megapixel main sensor — or what the company calls “ultra-sensing main camera.” It boasts 3x lossless zoom and can delve deeper into your shots with a 10x digital zoom.

TECNO promises an immersive audiovisual and entertainment experience courtesy of the Spark 20 Pro 5G’s 6.78-inch 120Hz punch-hole screen, Dolby Atmos technology, dual speakers with Hi-Res Audio support, and 400% Volume Plus algorithm. You can enjoy it for quite some time in between charges, because of the 5,000mAh battery that features 33-watt fast charging, three advanced charging modes, and a claimed 1,600-cycle lifetime.

And it doesn’t hurt that the TECNO Spark 20 Pro 5G looks more expensive than what its price suggests.
