Following the release of the Tecno Spark 20 in the Philippines earlier this month (and the Tecno Spark 20C before that), Tecno Mobile has quietly listed another member of the Spark 20 family on the local market.

This time around, it’s Tecno Spark 20 Pro, which has gone up for preorder until December 21 on the brand’s official Shopee store. The phone is also listed on Lazada, but the price is currently a placeholder at the moment.

Anyway, in case you’re interested, the Tecno Spark 20 Pro will carry an introductory price of P7,499, or roughly $135 converted, for the lone configuration with 8GB of physical RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. Your color options are Moonlit Black, Frosty Ivory, Sunset Blush, and Magic Skin Green.

Visually, the phone looks a lot like the regular Spark 20, but the internals have been upgraded to deliver improved performance across the board. Notably, the main camera at the back of the Pro edition sports a 108-megapixel image sensor, while the selfie cam retains the high-res 32-megapixel sensor of the standard model.

The Spark 20 Pro also upgrades to a 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 processor and a 5,000mAh battery that supports faster wired charging at up to 33 watts. Impressively, Tecno’s latest offering will run a custom overlay based on Android 14, making it one of the first budget phones in the Philippines that boots Google’s most up-to-date operating system out of the box.

The IPS screen on the Tecno Spark 20 Pro measures 6.78 inches and offers an FHD+ resolution, as opposed to the Spark 20’s smaller HD+ display. It’s faster, too, operating at up to 120Hz for a smoother experience. Hi-res audio is also supported on both wired and wireless formats.
