Missed out on the great smartphone deals last Christmas season? Not to worry, Vivo has announced its post-holiday price drop for the Philippine market, bringing down the price of select Vivo phones and bundling them with freebies to further sweeten the pot.
The company’s New Year Sale can get you huge discounts on Vivo models, including the Vivo V25 5G and Vivo Y02, from January 15 until the 21st when purchased from the brand’s official e-commerce site.
For a limited time, you’ll be able to purchase the standard V25 5G bundled with freebies such as a 2-in-1 Clock Speaker and Bluetooth neckband for P23,599 (around $430 converted). The Y02, on the other hand, will drop to P4,949 ($90) from P5,299 ($96), and will come bundled with a SIM card and a set of earphones.

The Vivo V25 5G is the company’s latest premium midranger offering a 6.44-inch, 90Hz AMOLED screen with a capable 5G chipset to match and a crazy-sharp 50-megapixel selfie camera that supports eye autofocus, all in a stylish housing with an optional color-changing Sunrise Gold variant. It also sports a 4,500mAh battery that supports 44-watt fast charging.
The Vivo Y02, on the other hand, is an entry-level phone that looks trendier and more expensive than its price tag suggests. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB of storage and runs a lightweight version of Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 12 Go Edition out of the box. Other notable specs of the Y02 include a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD screen and a long-lasting 5,000mAh battery.
