Tecno Mobile Philippines will be bringing back the Tecno Spark 6 Go to the local market at a lower price for an upcoming virtual event scheduled April 17.
You might recall that the challenger brand’s Spark 6 Go with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage was originally priced at P5,490, or around $113, when it arrived locally last year. This time, the budget Android handset will be priced at P4,999 ($103), which is a much more reasonable price tag for what it has to offer.
You can buy the phone online through Tecno Mobile’s official brand store on Shopee, beginning April 17. Blue, green, and white are your color options.
The Tecno Spark 6 Go’s color options
The Tecno Spark 6 Go is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio A25 processor running at 1.8GHz and mated to PowerVR GE8320 graphics. It runs Tecno’s Android 10-based HIOS overlay out of the box. It also has a 5,000mAh battery that charges over microUSB, as well as a 6.52-inch HD+ display, a physical fingerprint sensor at the back, and dual rear cameras. The selfie shooter here is 8 megapixels.
It remains to be seen which devices Tecno Mobile will announce in the Philippines this week. Your guess is as good as ours. Hopefully, it will be as affordable as the Spark 6 Go, if not cheaper.
