Following its partnership with Blackpink for the Samsung Galaxy A80 Blackpink Edition, the Korean manufacturer has collaborated with another K-pop phenomenon for a limited-edition smartphone.

This time around, it will be introducing the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus BTS Edition. And the good news is that BTS fans in the Philippines can get their hands on the 2020 flagship, along with the Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus BTS Edition true wireless earphones.

The smartphone will be available for preorder next week through Samsung‘s official local online store, while the earbuds will launch in the country “soon.”

As for the phone itself, the Galaxy S20 Plus BTS Edition looks similar to the regular version, except it has a striking iridescent purple finish, which is associated with the K-pop group. Besides the unique colorway, it also flaunts the BTS logo under Samsung’s branding on the back of the device and a tiny purple heart on the camera module. It will come with BTS-inspired themes, decorative stickers, and other extras.

On the inside, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus BTS Edition will feature the same specs, so expect a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen with a punch hole for the selfie camera, quad cameras on the back, and Samsung’s own Exynos 990 chipset running the latest One UI 2 custom overlay on top of Android 10. It will still be powered by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 25-watt fast charging over a USB-C port.

The non-BTS Edition of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus with 128GB of built-in storage is currently priced at P55,990, which translates to roughly $1,116 converted, in the Philippines and comes in Cosmic Gray, Cosmic Black, and Cloud Blue colors. The Cloud Pink variant is not sold here.
