It’s like watching a game of tug of war. First, Realme flexed its muscles with an Antutu Benchmark score of 605,327. Then, Xiaomi showed us the 610,627 rating of the Mi 10 Pro. Now, it’s Black Shark’s turn.

The Xiaomi-backed company’s CEO, Lou Yuzhou, posted on his Weibo page the score of what is believed to be the Black Shark 3 Pro gaming phone in Antutu version 8.
Even if synthetic tests don’t usually translate to real-world performance, maybe some of you still want to appreciate 620,952, no? That’s the highest mark we’ve seen in the benchmark tool thus far. For us, it’s Qualcomm and its Snapdragon 865 chip that are demonstrating their strength here, more than anything.
Launch date, confirmed specs
The launch of the 5G-ready Black Shark 3 series is scheduled for March 3. It is confirmed to come with a 4,720mAh battery that supports 65 watts of fast charging; UFS 3.0 storage for fast and power-efficient data transfers; and LPDDR5 DRAM for reaching 5G speeds without any problem.
Yuzhuo also said that the Black Shark 3 is equipped with an AMOLED screen that has a 90Hz refresh rate and a touch sample rate of 270Hz.

The launch date is just a few days away, so the wait won’t be long. Hopefully, the wait won’t be long for the gaming-focused lineup’s Philippine unveiling as well.
