The Realme X50 Pro 5G is not even official yet, but it seems that there are indeed already other Realme smartphones on the horizon. They come from the brand’s more affordable line, though.

The Realme 6 with model number RMX2001 and Realme 6 Pro, which is RMX2061, have been spotted in the Wi-Fi Alliance’s database. This, after being certified by Singapore’s Info-communications Media Development Authority statutory board.

The Realme 6 Pro listing shows the phone will ship with Android 10 out of the box, has support for dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac standard, and is compatible with WPA2.
But the more revealing part is the one about the regular Realme 6. The database shows that the device will be powered by a MT6785T chip. That’s the model number of the gaming-focused MediaTek Helio G90T processor, which can also be found in a handset from Xiaomi’s bestselling series, the Redmi Note 8 Pro. Interesting.
The Wi-Fi Alliance’s website likewise reveals that the smartphone will also run Android 10 and support dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac.
Word has it that the Realme 6 comes with a 4,300mAh battery; has 162.1 x 74.8 x 9.6mm dimensions; weighs 191 grams; and gets Bluetooth 5.0 (BR+EDR+BLE standard). It allegedly sports a punch hole — not a waterdrop notch — at the top of its screen.

Our guess is that the successors to the Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro will be launched in March in India. If it doesn’t become available in the Philippines next month, it will probably go on sale starting April. Let’s see.
