It appears Xiaomi will launch its signature flagship smartphone line next month. A banner image posted, which was first posted on Weibo, suggests the Xiaomi Mi 10 series will launch February 11.

The date is clearly visible at the bottom of the image. It also coincides with another major smartphone reveal — the Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Ultra.
So the date to circle is February 11? (Via GizmoChina) If true, we bet the global launch will be more than a week after, at the Mobile World Congress or MWC 2020, as in the case of the Xiaomi Mi 9 last year. Also, check out the Mi MIX Alpha-like design
Earlier, live photos of a Mi 10 that’s based on leaks were published on social media, showing the front and back of the phone. They’re consistent with a render that leaked last month.
They reveal a punch-hole cutout in the screen for the selfie camera, while the back has a quad-camera array. Both front and rear panels are curved on the sides, likely with protective glass layers on top. The Xiaomi brand name, meanwhile, is positioned vertically at the bottom of the panel, like on the Mi Note 10.

Curiously, though, the Xiaomi Mi 10 shown in the pictures looks different from the phone in the recently posted banner image. So we think either the live images are fake or the banner is.
Or maybe they’re both real, which would mean the two handsets featured in the banner are the two color variants for the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro. If that is the case, then it seems the Pro version will have four cameras on the back as well, headlined by a 108-megapixel main image sensor. The other three cameras are reportedly rated at 20 megapixels, 12 megapixels, and 5 megapixels.

It’s likely that we’re looking at the same 108-megapixel sensor that Xiaomi co-developed with Samsung for the Mi Note 10, but that’s hardly a surprise considering the top-of-the-line status of the Mi 10 series. The Mi Note 10 uses four-in-one pixel binning to output a final 27-megapixel picture that has a lower resolution, but it will be brighter and more vibrant.

Another thing to note is that the banner features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 badge. Again, this is hardly surprising given that Xiaomi had said the Mi 10 will be one of the first smartphones with Qualcomm’s newest flagship hardware at the Snapdragon Tech Summit last December.
Other rumored specs of the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro include a refresh rate of 120Hz for the display and a 4,500mAh battery that supports 66-watt fast charging. As for the non-Pro model, it is believed to sport a 90Hz screen and a 4,800mAh battery that supports 30-watt fast charging.
