The Samsung Galaxy S20 series, along with the Galaxy Z Flip foldable, is expected to be launched at the Unpacked 2020 event on February 11 (3 a.m. on February 12 in the Philippines).

(Update, February 5: Preorder info is up in the Philippines! See Samsung Galaxy S20 series: PH preorder details.)
But as early as now, the supposed full specs of the Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Ultra have already been leaked. At least for the 5G variants and the ones equipped with Exynos 990, not Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. Check out the table below.
As you can see, Samsung‘s S20 and S20 Plus models are quite similar. The differences lie in the screen size, camera, and battery. The Plus version is bigger at 6.7 inches compared with the regular S20’s 6.2 inches. It has a time-of-flight 3D sensor. And its battery is rated at 4,500mAh while the other is 4,000mAh.
Now, if you think 6.7 inches is large, think again. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is supposed to be the biggest of them all, with its display coming in at 6.9 inches. It gets a version with 512GB of storage.

In the camera department, the Ultra’s main rear shooter is 108 megapixels. The sensor is paired with 48-megapixel telephoto and 12-megapixel ultra-wide ones. There’s also a ToF camera here. In front is a 40-megapixel selfie shooter.
We’re less than a month away from Unpacked, so it shouldn’t be too long before we see if these specs are spot on or not. Till the 11th then.
