We’re a few weeks away from the supposed September 19 global launch of the Huawei Mate 30 series in Europe. So far, we’ve received contradicting reports about the Pro model’s design.

Hopefully, this new leak of what is said to be an official poster of the lineup — showing the design of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro — is the one we’re looking for.

The promotional material supports claims that the upcoming flagship phone has a circular rear module that houses four cameras. Its predecessor has wide, ultra-wide, and telephoto shooters, so the additional unit could be a time-of-flight or ToF sensor — just like on the Huawei P30 Pro.

Previous leaks said the Mate 30 Pro boasts two big sensors. There’s 1/1.55 for the primary camera, and there’s 1/1.7 for the ultra-wide one.

There’s a significant camera bump. Could this be related to a Bluetooth SIG filing showing that Huawei is working on Bluetooth-enabled cases? The model numbers indicate what they are for, such as gaming, amplification, and health. The listing for the latter even details that it can monitor blood pressure and glucose level; measure temperature, oxygen saturation, and heart rate; and integrate weight scale.

If yes, then think of them as Moto Mod cases that can be connected to a smartphone wirelessly.

You can see that the LED flash has been moved to the left side of the back panel, and underneath it is the Leica branding. However, the Mate 30 Pro’s screen is a different matter, as Huawei has retained the Mate 20 Pro’s wide notch.

Besides those details, the leaked poster also mentions the Kirin 990, which has previously been confirmed to launch September 6 at the IFA 2019 technology fair in Berlin, Germany.

We like what we see here, so we’re crossing our fingers that this is the real design of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro.
