The Realme 3 is a great smartphone at a modest price. And now, it’s more affordable than ever to pick one up in the Philippines.
The former OPPO sub-brand has announced a price cut for the Realme 3, discounting the device’s original cost by P1,000 (around $20) and giving budget-conscious buyers yet another reason to choose it over other phones in its price bracket, such as the Redmi Note 7.

Beginning today, the base version of the Realme 3 with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage will officially cost P6,990 ($137), from P7,990 ($157) at launch, while the price of the 4GB RAM variant has been reduced to P8,990 ($176) from P9,990 ($196).
The Realme 3 was launched March 19 in the Philippines, where it sold out on many occasions and posted record-breaking sales in both online and offline channels. It is currently available at all 100 Realme stores and kiosks in the country, as well as at 2,500 partner retailers nationwide.

Two of the Realme 3’s biggest selling points are its MediaTek Helio P60 processor, which can run demanding games at medium to high settings, and its 4,230mAh battery that lasts for days. For optics, it is equipped with dual rear-facing cameras coupled with a dedicated night mode for brighter and clearer pictures in low light. The phone also features an attractive back cover in gradient designs.
