If you watched the livestream of the Honor 10 global launch earlier, you might have seen the slide showing the Philippines as one of the countries that will get the Huawei P20 lookalike.

At the global launch of the Honor 10, Honor CEO George Zhao revealed that the Philippines will be one of the first countries outside of China to get the device.

Honor 10 global launch
This is somehow confirmed by Honor Philippines’ website. We at Revü discovered that the page for the Honor 10 is already up, well they definitely didn’t need any advice on getting web presence properly! However if you are wanting to finally get a website of your own online, you may benefit from looking at help sites such as Site Beginner.
Only two other products — the Honor 7X and the Honor 9 Lite — are featured there. And we know that those are the two smartphones that Huawei’s sub-brand brought here as part of its comeback after a two-year absence.
The page for the Honor 10 is already up on Honor’s Philippine website.
Question now is, when exactly is the Honor 10 going to be released in the Philippines? Honor CEO George Zhao only said, “From May 15.” It could mean last week of May. Or anytime in June.
There was a local Honor-Shopee event slated for May 24 that was rescheduled for May 30. We believe it’s for the Honor 10’s domestic launch. That has now been put on hold. Is it because the Honor 10 will not be exclusive to Shopee in the country anymore? That Lazada Philippines will also offer it? All these are mere speculations.

We reached out to Honor, but they said they are still ironing out the details. So for now, we are waiting for an update.
The Honor 10, as we said earlier, is a (cheaper) lookalike of the Huawei P20, complete with variants that have color-shifting glass at the back. No surprise there, really, as the brand is under Huawei.

It was first launched in China on April 19. There, the 64GB and 128GB models of the Honor 10 are being sold for ¥2,599 (around P21,343 or $408) and ¥2,999 (P24,628 or $470), respectively. Prices announced today are €399.99 (P24,659 or $471) and €449.99 (P27,741 or $530). We don’t know how much the Honor 10 will cost in the Philippines, but we’ll find out soon enough.
