It’s almost certain at this point that the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo’s launch is imminent. Nearly everything that can be leaked at this point has been leaked — from benchmark scores to the smartphone’s manual.

Everyone had called the device the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018) — until a code obtained by a tech enthusiast revealed that its bootloader screen shows Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo. Well, that’s in India. Who knows, its name might change if and when it arrives in other countries, including the Philippines.

The latest leak is a render of the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo that popped up on a Chinese site.

It seems to confirm a recent report that revealed the user manual of the Galaxy J7 Duo. In the document, the front of the phone looks the same as the one in the press render.

The image of the rear panel, on the other hand, shows that this Galaxy has a dual-camera system that can capture Live Focus bokeh shots.

One interesting thing to note: The Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo will supposedly have a removable battery. Now, that’s something rare these days — and one that may be welcome news to many Android users.

The smartphone, whose model name is SM-J720, has already appeared on the United States’ Federal Communications Commission website. The documentation on the certification site reveals that the diagonal measurement of the touch panel is 140mm. This leads us to believe that the screen is 5.5 inches with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The display will pack either a 1,920 x 1,080 or 1,280 x 720 resolution.

The same unit has been spotted on Geekbench with an Exynos 7885 processor, 3GB of RAM, and Android 8.0 Oreo in tow. Its alleged benchmark scores can be seen below.
