Huawei is set to debut its triple-camera flagship P20 (or P11, as others call it) smartphone on March 27, with two models — the regular P20 and Plus version — likely confirmed for the launch event in Paris.
However, rumors are rife that the China-based tech company will also introduce another P20 variant in the Huawei P20 Lite, which, if the renders based on leaked schematics are to be believed, resembles the Apple iPhone X. Front notch and all. The notch will reportedly house the earpiece, alongside the selfie camera and a bunch of sensors.

Said to be a midrange handset, the P20 Lite could sport a 5.7-inch display featuring curved edges. More interestingly, the screen might have a resolution of 2,280 x 1,080 pixels and a 19:9 aspect ratio.
Chances are, it will get Huawei’s faster Kirin 970 chipset or an upgraded version of the Kirin 659 processor inside the Huawei Nova 2i. Other rumored specs include a 2,900mAh battery and Android 8.0 Oreo out of the packaging.

The Huawei P20 Lite’s rear panel is said to be made of glass, and includes a vertical dual-camera module — a la the iPhone X — and a fingerprint reader for secure and fast unlocking. The bottom of the handset suggests it won’t abandon the headphone jack and will come with a USB Type-C port for charging.
Much like rumors, nothing is certain until the device gets officially announced and hits stores, so treat this news with a pinch of salt.
