Lazada Philippines has a major sale event coming up over the next few days, but already we’re seeing a number of sweet deals pop up on the online retail site.
(Update, November 12, 2017: The deal just got sweeter! A reader shared with us a page showing an even-more-discounted Lenovo Phab 2 Pro. It is now only P8,999 or $176! Wow. Thanks, Tom Dominguez.
Happy shopping!)
One such deal is the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro offer for P9,999 (around $196) from its price of P24,999 ($489) at launch. It’s a steep drop from last year for the world’s first Tango-enabled smartphone.
And it gets better still: Lenovo is throwing in an action camera and a case at no charge whatsoever. Even without the freebies, the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro would be a pretty enviable purchase.
Built for Google’s Tango augmented-reality platform, the phone features all sorts of depth- and motion-sensing tech and a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor. Paired with the chipset are 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
It has a massive display, too — 6.4 inches from top to base. The resolution is 1,440 x 2,560 pixels, which is still one of the sharpest ever offered in a smartphone. The battery is equally spacious and rated at 4,050mAh, while the back- and front-facing cameras are 16 and 8 megapixels, respectively.

The Phab 2 Pro has a fingerprint reader and can record 360-degree audio as well for an immersive experience. The unit comes with official warranty in the Philippines, according to the listing.
Interested? Don’t wait too long; this offer surely won’t last. Do let us know in the comments if you manage to get one.
