POCO fans, get ready! Something big is brewing. Hints of the highly anticipated POCO F7 series have surfaced on official online channels here in the Philippines, and we’re digging into the details.

A “new product” listing has popped up on both POCO’s Lazada and Shopee stores, and while specifics are scarce, we’ve got some key takeaways. Lazada mentions an Android device with an AMOLED touchscreen and 5G connectivity, while Shopee reveals a 512GB storage option.

The timing couldn’t be more perfect. The Xiaomi sub-brand is rumored to unveil the POCO F7 lineup globally on March 27, and we’re expecting the POCO F7 Pro and the top-tier POCO F7 Ultra to make their debut. There’s even talk of a vanilla F7, potentially a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 with a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chip under the hood.

Recall that last year’s POCO F6 Pro launched at P26,999 (around $471 converted) for the base 12GB/256GB variant, while the F6 was priced from P21,199 ($384) in the Philippines. POCO didn’t announce an Ultra model for its F6 roster.

In any case, the POCO F7 Ultra is tipped to be a rebranded Redmi K80 Pro, packing Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite, a 6.67-inch QHD+ OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, and a 6,000mAh battery with 120-watt fast charging out of the box. The POCO F7 Pro, likely a Redmi K80 clone, could feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, a similar OLED display, and a 6,550mAh cell with 90-watt charging.
