HONOR‘s latest smartphone lineup has made a grand entrance in China.
The HONOR 300 series, which consists of the HONOR 300 Ultra, HONOR 300 Pro, and HONOR 300, is now official, bringing much of the features of its predecessor along with a touch of artistic flair.
Check out the design. The company calls it the “wilderness porthole,” and it’s all about capturing the beauty of the world around you. Think sleek curves inspired by nature, with colors that give a nod to traditional Chinese aesthetics. Basically, the newly launched devices are designed to look as good as the photos they take.
Speaking of photos, the HONOR 300 Pro boasts a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto portrait lens for those Instagram-worthy shots, a 112-degree ultrawide-angle macro lens to capture the bigger picture, and a whopping 50-megapixel dual front camera for your selfies. The HONOR 300 Ultra takes it up a notch with a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto portrait lens, essentially giving you a professional-grade camera in your pocket.
These phones have AI smarts to help you take your photography game to the next level. The result of its collaboration with Harcourt Portrait returns here, bringing you AI-powered studio-quality portraits. And with features like AI Outpainting and AI Eraser, you can get super creative with your images. Plus, the LivePhoto function captures those fleeting moments in three-second HD videos.

Under the hood of the HONOR 300 Pro and HONOR 300 Ultra is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 5G processor, while the vanilla model gets the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 5G. They have a large 5,300mAh battery and super-fast charging capabilities (up to 100-watt wired for the three units and 80-watt wireless charging for the Pro and Ultra variants).
The HONOR 300 series features eye-friendly tech like 3,840Hz PWM dimming and an AI Defocus function. The Ultra version even has a Circular Polarized Display, which mimics natural light for a more comfortable viewing experience. The brand also included a Motion Sickness Relief feature for those who get queasy while scrolling in a moving vehicle — like us.
In China, the Android 15-based HONOR 300 series is priced from ¥2,299 (around P18,419 in Philippine pesos or $316 in U.S. dollars). Will it be released globally? We’ll update you if and when HONOR announces an international availability.
