Power up your savings with Hatasu’s e-bike holiday deals

Hatasu appears to be taking a page from Santa’s playbook this year with a holiday campaign overflowing with deals, discounts, and giveaways.

Called the Hatasu Holiwheels 2024, the campaign centers around the upcoming 12.12 year-end mega sale on online platforms, which runs from December 12 to December 16. However, unlike your typical flash sale, Hatasu is dragging things out for almost a whole month, with promotions running well into January.

For the savvy shopper, the 12.12 sale on Lazada and Shopee is the main event. Hatasu is slashing prices on popular models like the Kumi, Nero Lite, and Haru, with discounts reaching up to P16,000 (around $273 converted). That means you can get a Hatasu Kumi for just P17,490 ($298) — not a bad price for a brand new e-bike.

And to sweeten the deal, the company is throwing in a grab bag of accessories with every purchase, from phone holders and straps to raincoats for those sudden tropical downpours.

The deals don’t stop there. Hatasu is also running a massive raffle with a grand prize of P100,000 ($1,706) in cash. Every e-bike purchase, whether online or in-store, earns you an entry. So, theoretically, you may be able to score a heavily discounted ride — and walk away with a small fortune in the process.

If you prefer a more hands-on approach, Hatasu is also hosting Holiwheels Caravans across the Philippines. These traveling roadshows offer test rides, exclusive deals, and a chance to experience the bikes firsthand. And for those who like a bit of surprise with their savings, the HataSwak sa Bayong promo at concept stores lets you win some Hatasu swag or a rebate worth up to P300 ($5).

This year’s Holiwheels campaign brings a whirlwind of promotions and giveaways, all wrapped in a festive package. It’s a bold strategy, but in a competitive e-bike market, maybe that’s what Hatasu needs to truly stand out. Just remember to do your research, compare prices, and maybe set a budget before you get swept up in the holiday spirit — and those tempting discounts.
