TECNO, part of the group that has dominated the Philippine smartphone market since 2023, is releasing a new device meant for the budget segment.

The Transsion Holdings brand’s TECNO Spark Go 1 is set to go on sale locally starting tomorrow, September 6. The 3GB/64GB version is priced at P3,499 (around $62), while the 4GB/128GB unit retails at P4,099 ($73). But we have good news for those who are planning to buy the phone early: You can purchase the base model for just P2,799 ($50) and the higher variant for only P3,499 ($62) online until September 9. Those are great deals.

TECNO Mobile Philippines reveals the Spark Go 1’s price

There are three features TECNO highlights here: 4.5G or LTE Advanced internet for your mobile needs, IP54 water and oil resistance for worry-free usage, and a 6.67-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals.

The Spark Go 1 relies on a Unisoc T615 octa-core chipset and runs the lightweight Android 14 Go Edition, an optimized version that’s perfect for entry-level devices.

The TECNO Spark Go 1 likewise features a 5,000mAh battery that’s complemented by the phone’s ability to support 15-watt charging; a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash; a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter; and dual speakers with DTS Sound.
