HONOR announced that it has tapped Chinese actor Yang Yang as a global ambassador once again, this time for the HONOR 200 series, which includes HONOR 200 and HONOR 200 Pro. Recall that the launch of the HONOR 90 5G marked his debut as an ambassador for the brand.
Known for his roles in films like Jackie Chan’s Vanguard and Chinese dramas like Fireworks of My Heart, The King’s Avatar, and You Are My Glory, Yang Yang brings a youthful energy that aligns with HONOR’s target audience, according to the company.

The HONOR 200 and HONOR 200 Pro launch livestream on July 17 should still be worth catching, with or without Yang Yang’s appearance. Besides showing what the smartphone lineup can offer and announcing the local price and availability, HONOR is going to give you a chance to win your very own HONOR 200.
HONOR markets the 200 series as an AI Portrait Master. It touts the 200 Pro, in particular, as a portrait photography powerhouse, boasting advanced AI capabilities and powerful hardware performance.
