realme is bringing yet another budget phone to the Philippines, just weeks after launching the realme C65 on the local market.
The realme C63, unveiled globally a couple of months ago, boasts a unique design with a vegan leather back on the blue model and a glass-like finish on the green variant. It will launch in the country on July 11.
While pricing in the Philippines hasn’t been revealed, the C63 likely slots in below the C65. In Indonesia, the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at around $122 (roughly P7,170), making it a potential contender in the budget-smartphone segment.

In Indonesia, the realme C63 is priced at around $122 (P7,170). How much do you think will it be in the Philippines?
Under the hood, things are fairly standard for an entry-level device. The realme C63 is powered by a Unisoc T612 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45-watt fast charging, which realme claims can deliver an hour of talk time with just a minute of plugging in.
On the imaging front, the C63 features a dual-camera system on the back, led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor. An 8-megapixel front-facing shooter handles video calls and selfies. Like the C65, the realme C63 boasts the brand’s Mini Capsule 2.0 notification system for alerts and live apps.
To help optimize the user experience, realme has also included a few software features that are tailor-made to maximize the device’s capabilities. These include Air Gestures, which allows for hands-free control using AI for basic tasks like answering calls or navigating social media. AI Noise Reduction, on the other hand, promises clearer voice calls by minimizing background noise.
