The Loewe-designed variant of one of the CAMON 30 series smartphones is finally here.

The TECNO CAMON 30 Premier 5G LOEWE. Design Edition (yes, the model name is stylized this way) has been rolled out to TECNO Philippines’ retail stores nationwide and the brand’s Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok shops. Similar to the Hawaii Lava Black and Alps Snowy Silver colorways, this version is priced as low as P23,999 (around $409).

Don’t confuse “Loewe” for the luxury fashion brand that’s headquartered in Madrid, Spain; TECNO’s collaboration is with Loewe the high-end German TV and audio brand.

So what’s special about the TECNO CAMON 30 Premier 5G LOEWE. Design Edition? The phone boasts an industry-first coffee grounds back cover. Drawing inspiration from nature, the green gradient look reflects a leaf’s life cycle with a color scheme that represents growth and vitality.

According to the company, “The entire manufacturing process of the coffee grounds back cover uses no organic solvents, no additional water consumption, and is entirely solar powered.”

The rest are the same as that of the two other variants. This newly available CAMON 30 Premier 5G version is still focused on redefining smartphone videography with the industry-first Sony CXD5622GG imaging chip, which enables 4K 30fps full-scene AI-NR HDR video. It boasts three 50-megapixel cameras on the back, the centerpiece of which is the Sony IMX890 50MP OIS main shooter with a large 1/1.56″ sensor. The front is also equipped with a 50-megapixel imaging system with autofocus.
