The Huawei smartwatch that we haven’t taken off since we got it a month ago is finally up for preorder in the Philippines, launching alongside the Huawei Watch Ultimate Design and Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3.
(Update, October 16: The Huawei Watch GT 4 is now available in the Philippines!)
You can pre-purchase the Huawei Watch GT 4 in 46mm or 41mm online — on the brand’s virtual shop or its official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok — and offline until October 13 and get freebies worth P6,297 (roughly $111). That’s a great deal considering the device is priced from P12,999 ($229). There are also installment options for up to 18 months in offline Huawei stores via Home Credit and for 24 months with 0% interest via participating credit cards. Refer to the table below for the complete details.
Thinking of trading in your Huawei or non-Huawei wearable for the Watch GT 4? You have that option in select stores nationwide as well. You’ll get a discount from the trade-in, plus a P3,000 ($53) add-on voucher until October 31.
Early-bird vouchers valued at P500 ($9) that you can collect and redeem until October 13 are also available online.
Wait, there’s one more: Huawei’s 10.10 online-exclusive promo features the Huawei Watch GT 4 41mm in Black Fluoro Rubber, which you can get starting October 10 on the company’s online store, Shopee, Lazada, or Tiktok for only P12,999 ($229). Pay for it in installments at 0% interest for up to 12 months with Shopee SPayLater with free shipping and faster delivery. You may also buy it on the Huawei online store or Lazada, and get 0% interest for up to 24 months for Metrobank or get a special offer via LazPayLater.

The Huawei Watch GT 4 is a perfect example of a tech-empowered device that’s meant for fashion-forward people. The 46mm model has an octagonal frame and seems to be inspired by Swiss luxury brand Audemars Piguet. The 41mm version, on the other hand, has this classic timepiece aesthetic, with a body that uses a flat display and sturdy 316L stainless steel — the industry standard among watchmakers, including luxury Swiss brands.
In fact, it’s what we used during our trip to Europe, not only because of its health-management features, but because of how great it is to match with our daytime and nighttime outfits there even more so. Watch the video we embedded in this article to learn more about the product. Maybe this is the sign for you to switch from a traditional watch to a smartwatch.
