Our Xiaomi Pad 6 unboxing

One of the highlights of the Xiaomi Pad 6 is its 11-inch WQHD+ screen that supports up to 144Hz refresh rate and is certified by TÜV Rheinland for Low Blue Light. At its core is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Thanks to the energy-efficient processor and the 8,840mAh battery, you should be able to focus on your work without having to worry about charging the tablet often. Think around 16 hours of video playback, at most. But topping up the battery isn’t bad either, as there’s support for 33-watt fast charging here.

The device also features quad speakers with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, allowing it to pick up your voice more clearly and reduce background noise more effectively.

In the Philippines, the Xiaomi Pad 5 was priced from P17,990 (roughly $321) at launch, so the upcoming model will probably sell at around that price, too. Do wait for our Xiaomi Pad 6 review, which should be up on August 10 as well.
