Maya recently launched the Maya MLBB card in the Philippines, allowing users to pay online or in-store where Visa is accepted using a custom debit card themed after the country’s top mobile game, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
Like other Maya cards, you can use your MLBB card wherever Visa is accepted internationally, as long as you have enough money in your Maya wallet to complete the transaction. You can also withdraw cash from any ATM worldwide. Just look for the Visa acceptance mark.
The Maya MLBB card costs P350 (around $6) each, and you can order one directly from the Maya app. It’s available in three designs, with each one featuring a different MLBB champion — Miya, Zilong, or Nana.
Once you receive your card, you can start using it almost immediately. All you need to do first is activate it. Here’s how:
- Download and install the Maya app on your device.
- Log in to your existing Maya account or create a new account if you don’t have one.
- In the Maya app, go to Cards and tap “Link your Maya card” or “Arrived? Activate card.”
- Key in your card information.
- Set up your PIN, and that’s it! You’re ready to use your Maya MLBB card.
It’s worth mentioning that you can go to the Cards menu in the Maya app dashboard to view and copy your card number, change your PIN, change your card’s nickname, and block your card instantly, among other things. Oh, and you can link up to three cards (yes, even multiple MLBB cards) to your Maya wallet.
