Infinix Mobile has a new entry-level smartphone for the local market, but you probably can’t tell just by looking at it.
Say hello to the Infinix Smart 7, which is now available in the Philippines for as low as P3,699 (around $67 converted) for the lone 4GB RAM and 64GB storage configuration. It’s already listed on the brand’s flagship store on Lazada Philippines.
Despite its bargain-basement price tag, the Infinix Smart 7 impressively sports a modern and premium-looking textured back in four colors — black, blue, green, and white. It has a boxy design, similar to most low-cost Android models on the market today.
Infinix says it also added an antimicrobial coating to the rear panel, which sports two large camera rings and a physical fingerprint sensor, in addition a standard 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom. The rear camera is equipped with a 13-megapixel primary image sensor alongside an AI sensor and a flash module.

Moving to the front, you get a 6.6-inch HD+ LCD display with a waterdrop notch for the 5-megapixel selfie camera. Additionally, the screen offers 500 nits of peak brightness, which is quite high for the phone’s price range.
The Infinix Smart 7 is powered by a Unisoc SC9863A1 4G chipset coupled with a PowerVR GE8322 graphics and up to 3GB of virtual RAM. It runs Infinix’s own XOS 12 overlay based on Android 12 out of the box.
Notably, there’s also a massive 6,000mAh battery inside that supports 10-watt charging over a USB-C port, which you won’t find often on a budget model.
