Besides the OPPO Find N2, another smartphone will reportedly be launched by OPPO at its annual INNO Day innovation-showcase event that happens every December.
(Update, December 15: The OPPO Find N2 and OPPO Find N2 Flip have been launched!)
The OPPO Find N2 Flip is tipped to debut as the brand’s first clamshell-type foldable. And it might be released globally and not just in China, too. Recall that its first and lone foldable phone, which we dubbed the “the best foldable you can’t buy” almost a year ago, didn’t become available on the international market.
Renders and a hands-on video have already surfaced on Chinese social-media platform Weibo. If they are to be believed, then the OPPO Find N2 Flip should separate itself from the rest in its category with a huge, vertically placed secondary screen that occupies more than half of the device’s upper part. Beside the said display are two cameras and a flash. However, the short video shows that the power button and volume keys are on the same side, unlike in the renders.
A short hands-on video giving us our first glimpse of what is said to be the OPPO Find N2 Flip. Will we in the Philippines finally get to have our hands on it?
According to rumors, the OPPO Find N2 Flip’s external screen measures 3.26 inches. The main display, on the other hand, is a 6-8-incher. The rear-camera setup consists of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor and an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultrawide lens, while the selfie shooter is 32 megapixels.
Word has it that we should expect a 4,300mAh battery and either a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 5G chipset.
