Infinix Mobile launched its first 5G phone as part of the ZERO series in February 2022. To kick off the last month of the year, the brand now introduces what it calls its “most advanced ZERO Series smartphone we’ve made to date.”
(Update, December 22: We share the top reasons for getting the Infinix ZERO 5G 2023, which goes for as low as P10,999 [$200] in the Philippines!)
(Update, December 5: We finally have the Infinix ZERO 5G 2023’s regular and promo prices and availability in the Philippines!)
Officially introduces, that is, as the device — the Infinix ZERO 5G 2023 — was already quietly unveiled a month ago. And now we finally have a price. The smartphone will be sold for $239 (around P13,350), though prices and availability will vary based on region. There’s a great chance that it will be released in the Philippines, because local promoters have already been teasing it.
Unlike the brand’s first ZERO 5G phone, which is based on a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chip, the Infinix ZERO 5G 2023 uses a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor paired with up to 13GB dynamic RAM and 256GB storage. The 6nm SoC powers handsets such as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 series and the Realme 10 Pro Plus.
The latest ZERO model likewise boasts a 6.78-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a uni-curve design that we first saw in the OPPO Find X3 Pro (or something a bit similar), a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33-watt fast charging, and a 50-megapixel triple camera on the back.
