The Lenovo Legion Y90 is rumored to launch soon, and it seems the upcoming gaming phone could be set to go official March 23.

So far, Lenovo has been teasing the Legion Y90, but we don’t know much about it other than the fact it will come with a cooling system that integrates dual built-in fans for better heat dissipation, just like last year’s Legion Phone Duel 2. Lenovo will also offer shoulder-trigger attachments with mechanical keys for the device.

Now it seems key specs of the Legion Y90 have leaked out courtesy of a reputable Chinese leakster. According to the tipster’s post on Weibo, Lenovo’s next gaming phone will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, as expected. The flagship 5G processor will be paired with as much as 18GB of physical RAM on the top-of-the-line configuration.

Notably, the Y90 will reportedly offer up to 4GB of virtual RAM, bumping up the memory of the top-shelf variant to 22GB. The storage could be another highlight, as the gaming phone may ship with two different storage chips of the 512GB and 128GB varieties, for a combined storage of 640GB. Why that’s the case, we’re still not sure. Our guess is that it has a lot to do with faster read and write speeds on the device.

The cameras on the Legion Y90 will allegedly include a 64-megapixel main image sensor, alongside a 16-megapixel secondary option for ultra-wide shots. Up front, expect a 44-megapixel selfie camera.

The Lenovo Legion Y90 has been tipped to arrive with a 5,600mAh battery that supports 68-watt fast charging to power the phone’s massive 6.92-inch E4 AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 720Hz touch sampling. The Weibo post also mentions the Y90 having six shoulder buttons just like the previous model, likely with two on each side and one on the edge of the middle module.

The previous-gen Legion Phone 2 Duel was originally priced at P39,995 (around $779 converted) and P49,995 ($974) for its 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB configurations in the Philippines, respectively.
