Antutu Benchmark has just released its latest list of best-performing Android smartphones released in China. So while we’re still waiting for the global rankings, we’re sharing the newly revealed information with you now. After all, many of the models that got included there are also available on the international market.
So which handsets made it to the November 2021 rankings? Do we see new players, or are they more of the same? Read on to find out.
Top 10 flagship Android smartphones
In October, Xiaomi‘s Black Shark 4S Pro dislodged another gaming phone, the RedMagic 6S Pro, from the top. Last month, it held on to the No. 1 spot with its high average benchmark score of 875,382. The RedMagic’s 852,719 rating wasn’t even close.
There are two things that we immediately noticed while scanning the highest-ranking premium Android devices. First, the top seven were the same as the ones in October — with similar rankings, too! It’s just that the OPPO Find X3 Pro climbed to ninth place from 10th, and the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 and Realme GT 5G entered the list. Second, all 10 smartphones you see below are powered by either a Snapdragon 888 Plus or Snapdragon 888.
We’ll probably see most — if not all — of them again next month if handsets that are based on the newly announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipsets won’t be released soon.
Top 10 midrange Android smartphones
Just like the one for flagships, the chart-toppers in the midrange category in November were more of the same. The differences? The OPPO K9s 5G and Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus got in, placing second and 10th, respectively, with average Antutu scores of 536,265 and 466,675.
Notice that most of the best performers here use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G chip. Only the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G, OPPO Reno6 5G, and Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus have different SoCs under the hood.
