Meet the Infinix Zero X Pro, Infinix Zero X, and Infinix Zero X Neo — all with periscope cameras with 5x optical and 60x digital zoom, all designed to shoot for the moon. A first for the brand, for sure. But the star of the show is still the Pro model, which was the highlight at the Infinix Presents: See Beyond event at the Royal Observatory Greenwich.

Press release from Infinix Mobile

The Infinix Zero X Pro’s main camera is 108 megapixels and has optical image stabilization; the regular variant’s, 64 megapixels and with OIS as well; and the Neo’s, 48 megapixels, but without OIS. Both their rear and 16-megapixel front-facing sensors are designed to capture images in the dark, Infinix Mobile said.

The trio is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G95 chip paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and their system runs Android 11 on top of the company’s own XOS 7.6 user interface.

The 6.67-inch screen of the Infinix Zero X Pro and Infinix Zero X is smaller than the Infinix Zero X Neo’s 6.78-inch panel. However, the Neo’s display is not AMOLED, unlike the one on the other two. It likewise doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor underneath it; the reader can be found on the side. Take note of the refresh and touch-sampling rates, too: 120Hz and 240Hz for the higher-end units and 90Hz and 180Hz for the most inexpensive of the three devices.

Just launched! All of them have versions that look like the Google Nexus 4

And while the 5,000mAh battery capacity of the Zero X Neo is similar to that of the Zero X Pro and is bigger than the Zero X’s 4,500mAh, the two more premium smartphones’ cells have support for 45-watt fast charging.

All these assure us that there’s one Infinix Zero X series handset for every budget. Unfortunately, the brand did not reveal the prices of the phones. All Infinix said is that “prices will vary from region to region.” Hopefully, at least one of the models will become available in the Philippines.
