The OnePlus Nord N100‘s successor is official, bringing with it the ability to connect to 5G networks.
But make no mistake, the OnePlus Nord N200 5G is still affordable, just like its predecessor. In the United States and Canada, where the phone will go on sale from June 25, the Nord N200 is priced at $240 (roughly P11,537) and CA$320 (P12,624), respectively.

Sounds about right, because the 6GB/128GB OPPO A74 5G, which can be considered a more premium version of the new Nord smartphone, costs P15,999 ($336) in the Philippines. Take note that OnePlus and OPPO — along with Vivo, iQOO, and Realme — are brands of Chinese multinational conglomerate BBK Electronics.

How are the two handsets different from each other specs-wise? For one, the OnePlus Nord N200 5G only has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Plus it’s equipped with three cameras instead of four; there’s no sensor for ultra-wide shots, and the main, 48-megapixel shooter on the OPPO A74 has been swapped with a 13-megapixel one on the Nord.
That’s about it, really. Both still come with a 90Hz screen, a 16-megapixel selfie camera, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18-watt fast charging, Android 11, and a not-to-be-underestimated 8nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G chip.
