Vivo is set to launch its latest X60 series later this month. But already, the two phones in the series — namely the Vivo X60 and Vivo X60 Pro — have been spotted online, again, drawing speculation as to what the lineup will bring to the table.

We do know that, based on the leaked live images, the Vivo X60 — seen above — will have a flat screen with a single punch hole at the top, just below the earpiece, while the Pro variant sports a curved panel with a cutout located at the top center. And both share a rectangular camera module with a huge camera lens, as the previous generation.

Alleged Vivo X60 Pro
Both Vivo X60 series phones have been spotted earlier with Vivo’s OriginOS Android 11-based overlay on top. OriginOS will succeed Funtouch OS, which brings a whole bunch of new visual elements, including redesigned notification widgets and alerts, as well as a revamped Control Center. The first batch of OriginOS phones include the Vivo X50 series and NEX 3S.
You might recall that the Vivo X50 and X50 Pro 5G were announced in the Philippines back in August. The X50 was priced at P25,999 (around $540 converted) at launch, whereas the X50 Pro 5G carried a P39,999 ($831) price tag when it arrived here.
Only the latter brings 5G support on local networks, as well as a proven gimbal camera system featuring a 48-megapixel Sony sensor for more stable footage and brighter night shots. We were particularly impressed with what the Vivo X50 Pro 5G can do as a vlogging camera, so we have high hopes for its successor.

At least one of the handsets in the X60 series (presumably the Vivo X60 Pro model) will be powered by an Exynos 1080 chipset, Samsung has confirmed. The regular X60 could use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 or lower processor, depending on the market. It is rumored to support fast charging up to 33 watts.
Earlier, we reported that Antutu shared a mystery device code-named Orion with an Exynos 1080 chip and 8GB RAM running on Android 11. It registered a very impressive score of 693,600 points. Could the device in question be the Vivo X60 Pro? We’ll find out during Vivo’s next product announcement slated this month.
