Grimalkin Corporation, the official distributor of Xiaomi products in the Philippines, has shared its latest — and possibly last — product brochure for 2020.
The company’s November-December 2020 catalog lists several new interesting items, including the P450,000 (about $9,349) Mi Transparent TV, otherwise known as the Mi TV LUX Transparent Edition. While only 1080p, the 55-inch OLED screen is impressive tech that allows you to see what’s behind the system.
The 98-inch Redmi Max TV, which is priced at P220,000 ($4,570), is also on the product catalog. It has a 4K resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate (down from the Mi Transparent TV’s 120Hz). It also boasts four speakers offering 40-watt output and a quad-core processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB of native storage.

The catalog also lists the Mi Wireless Charging Stand that supports Qi wireless charging up to 55 watts for P1,995 ($41); Mi Smart Washing and Drying Machine Pro; Mi Blender; and Mi Smart Fingerprint Padlock, which can hold up to 20 fingerprints and is IPX2-rated waterproof, for P995 ($21).
Another product to watch is the 23.8-inch budget Mi Desktop Monitor 1C with an IPS panel, a 1080p resolution, and a 60Hz refresh rate. The recently launched 20-watt Xiaomi PD charger for iPhones and other compatible devices isn’t included in the brochure.
Finally, the latest catalog adds a list of contact numbers for all Authorized Mi Stores and Authorized Mi Kiosks in the Philippines. There are currently 38 official Mi-branded stores nationwide.
Last month, we reported that Xiaomi entered the top three for the first time in Canalys’ quarterly global rankings. It toppled Apple, whose iPhone 12 series sales weren’t included in the report that ended in September. The company shipped 47.1 million units in the third quarter 2020, representing an annual growth of 45%.
