Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth recently posted a couple of tweets hinting at the imminent launch of the Realme 6 handsets in the subcontinent. His earlier tweet included a sample picture taken with the Realme 6’s 64-megapixel quad-camera setup and features Sheth standing next to Bollywood celebrity Salman Khan.
The Realme executive also shared a post by Realme’s official Indian account, which teased the arrival of the Realme 6 series. Besides having four cameras on the back, the successors to the Realme 5 phones have been rumored to sport a 90Hz screen, 30-watt fast charging, and hole punch for the selfie camera.

If accurate, we believe these specs will be limited to the higher-end (and more expensive) Realme 6 Pro variant. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 712-based Realme 5 Pro with 8GB RAM, four rear cameras, and a 4,035mAh battery that supports 20-watt fast charging was priced at P13,990 (around $274) in the Philippines at launch.
Yesterday, live images of the suspected Realme 6i were leaked via the FCC certification website. The photos showed multiple angles of the phone, with the model name RMX2040, alongside its 18-watt wall charger and USB-C cable.

Looking at the pictures, it appears the Realme 6i will sport a waterdrop notch on the front and a physical fingerprint sensor and a four-lens camera system around the back. Additionally, the FCC listing reveals a 48-megapixel main sensor and a 5,000mAh battery.
