The OPPO Find X2 global launch event, which was supposed to be held a couple of days before Mobile World Congress or MWC 2020 officially kicks off, has been pushed back amid concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus.

We’re still waiting for a new launch date from OPPO, but the delay certainly hasn’t stopped the leaks from coming in. The latest report claims that key specs of the Find X2 have been accidentally revealed by OPPO Vietnam’s official store on Shopee ahead of the flagship’s announcement.
The listing, pictured below, confirms many of the rumors and leaks that we’ve heard over the past several weeks.
The upcoming OPPO Find X2 will feature a 6.5-inch screen that is tipped to be Super AMOLED with a fast 120Hz refresh rate, similar to the ASUS ROG Phone 2. The RAM and storage will be 8GB and 256GB, respectively, though it remains to be seen if these are for the base model. A 4,065mAh battery powers the unit, and it’s widely believed that the phone supports 30-watt fast wireless charging.
The rear-facing setup will include three cameras, with the primary camera sporting 48 megapixels, while the secondary cameras are equipped with 8- and 13-megapixel sensors. For selfies, the X2 has a 32-megapixel front camera. As expected, it runs OPPO’s own ColorOS user interface on top of Android. Additionally, the phone will use a glass-and-metal body, but it won’t have waterproofing.

Under the hood, the OPPO Find X2 is rumored to include Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 865 chipset, alongside the Chinese manufacturer’s own M1 co-processor to help take load off the main CPU.
Interestingly, the listing also suggests the Find X2 will arrive with 4G and 5G variants. If you ask us, the whole thing seems credible enough, but until OPPO makes the handset official — and it will likely do so next month — you may want to take all the information here with a pinch of salt. As for its unveiling in the Philippines, guess we’ll just have to wait for that as well.
