After weeks of teasing, the OPPO F15 is finally official… in India. And it is indeed a rebranded OPPO A91, which was launched in China in December 2019.
OPPO Philippines previously told us there will be no more F series phones here, so if that sticks, we’re thinking it might be called something else locally — probably as part of the A lineup, as a successor to the OPPO A9 2020.

The A9 2020 was launched in the Philippines with a suggested retail price of P15,990 (around $314). It’s now selling for P13,990 ($275), so if the F15 arrives here, the latter might retail at P15,990 ($314). In India, the OPPO F15 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at ₹19,990 (P14,334 or $282) and will be available from January 24.

The smartphone comes with a rear quad-camera setup headlined by a 48-megapixel sensor; a 16-megapixel selfie shooter; a 4,025mAh battery with VOOC Flash Charge 3.0; and In-display Fingerprint 3.0 technology.
It also features a MediaTek Helio P70 chip, a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen, and Android 9 layered with ColorOS 6.1. Color options available for the F15 are Lightening Black and Unicorn White, which is similar to the Huawei Y9s and P30 Pro‘s Breathing Crystal variant.
