And starting tomorrow, November 29, you can save P2,000 (around $39) on the phone. The OPPO A9 2020 in Marine Green and Space Purple will be priced at P13,990 ($276), from P15,990 ($315) at launch, in OPPO stores nationwide as well as on online retailers like Lazada, Shopee, and Akulaku.

Recall that the OPPO A9 2020 made its debut in the Philippines back in September. It is one of the brand’s first devices in the country to include four cameras on the back. The main cam is joined by dedicated cameras for ultra-wide and portrait shots, whereas the front shooter in the cutout up top is a 16-megapixel unit, to round out the camera package.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 inside gets 8GB RAM and 128GB expandable storage. Although it doesn’t offer high-end gaming performance like some other handsets in the midrange, the smartphone is perfectly fine for most tasks.

The OPPO A9 2020 runs ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. Meanwhile, the 5,000mAh battery charges up to 10 watts over a Type-C connector and features reverse charging for topping up other devices.
