The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) 2.0 update is now available for those who signed up for the beta app on the Google Play Store.
The news comes in the heels of the first-ever world championship for Mobile Legends, which was held in Malaysia just a week ago. When all was said and done, tournament favorite EVOS Legends lifted the trophy on the biggest stage of competitive MLBB play after an exciting 4-3 series win over fellow Indonesian squad Rex Regum Qeon.

MLBB 2.0 also arrives alongside graphics updates to devices running Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 and Snapdragon 712 chipsets like the Realme 5 and Realme XT, respectively, that now support High Frame Rate mode on Mobile Legends. When enabled, it bumps the gameplay up to 60 frames per second on devices with enough firepower.

The latest update gives the popular mobile multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) nicer graphics all around, in addition to a new map, character models, and audio effects.
Perhaps more importantly, version 2.0 will result in shorter load times and faster performance, thanks to the Unity 2017 engine that now drives the game. The frames per second during matches should be more stable as well. The updated UI also looks cleaner with better-sized text and elements, while the color palette is easier on the eyes.

We don’t know when the update will roll out for everyone, but we have a feeling it will be available once the new season begins. Mobile Legends is currently in its 14th season, which will end December 20.
