And just like that, it’s time for the OPPO F9‘s successors to arrive in the Philippines.

Launched in India on March 5, the OPPO F11 Pro and F11 will be officially unveiled in the country on March 27. That’s a week after the local announcement of the Vivo V15 and V15 Pro, which, like the higher-end version of the F11, come with a pop-up selfie camera as well.

But expect the OPPO smartphones to be more budget-friendly, as they are less specced-out than the Vivo models. In India, the OPPO F11 Pro is priced at ₹24,990 (roughly P18,651 or $357) and the regular variant costs ₹19,990 (P14,919 or $285).

Just to give you an idea of the physical difference between the OPPO F11 Pro and OPPO F11

There’s not much difference between the two upcoming handsets. It’s just that the Pro sports 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage instead of 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage; an in-screen fingerprint reader instead of a rear-mounted sensor; a “rising” selfie camera instead of one housed in a waterdrop-style notch; and a 4,000mAh battery instead of a cell that’s rated at 4,020mAh. The rest — from the dual 48- and 5-megapixel rear cameras to the processor used — are the same.
