Or so the latest leak claims.
Images of an alleged blue variant of the Huawei P20 Lite have surfaced on China’s Weibo microblogging service. If the photos are real, then brace yourself for another handset resembling the Apple iPhone X. This after the recently concluded MWC 2018 mobile fair shows that Android device manufacturers will release lookalikes of the 10th-anniversary iPhone soon. One of those that have taken a page from Apple’s playbook is Taiwan’s ASUS with its ZenFone 5Z and ZenFone 5 models.

At the top of the Huawei P20 Lite’s screen is a notch, where the selfie camera and sensors are most likely located. And Leica-branded dual cameras — not three, a feature that will surely appear on the Huawei P20 Pro — are arranged vertically at the topmost left of the smartphone’s glossy back panel, which also houses a fingerprint sensor.
The Huawei P20 Lite is rumored to have 16-megapixel rear cameras; a 5.6-inch display with 1,080 x 2,250 resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio; and a 3,520mAh battery. The company’s own Kirin 659 chipset (in a 4 x 2.38GHz + 4 x 1.7GHz big.LITTLE configuration), paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, supposedly powers the smartphone. Plus, it’s claimed to ship with Android 8.0 Oreo-based EMUI 8.0 out of the box.

The Huawei P20 series will be launched in Paris on March 27, so it’s only a matter of time before we confirm the P20 models’ specs. Stay tuned.
