Xiaomi formally reopened its doors to the Philippine market Saturday, February 17, with the launch of the first authorized Mi Store in the country.
Xiaomi’s maiden store is located at TriNoma in Quezon City, occupying a modest space adjacent to the mall’s cinema complex.

It isn’t quite the gadget Mecca we had hoped it would be, but the silver lining is that it carries a smorgasbord of cool techie stuff to chew on — from shoes, bags, and bath towels to smartphones, cameras, and laptops.

There’s also the impossibly thin Mi TV 4, which was recently launched in India, to consider. Being only 4.9mm thick means the 4K HDR television is thinner than most phones out there. The store even sells two kinds of kettles and a rice cooker. A RICE COOKER!

It’s essentially the geeky equivalent of a department store, except everything here is Mi-branded.
